Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking a Payroll Officer to deliver accurate and timely payroll services for employees across our business. You’ll manage payroll transactions, maintain data, respond to enquiries and support compliance with Australian legislation and policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Australian payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment, strong Excel skills, and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships within a hybrid work setting based in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Australian payroll processing, from beginning to end.
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven payroll environment.
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements in Australia.
• Experience using payroll and HR systems, with exposure to iChris, UKG Dimensions, Workday and ServiceNow viewed favourably.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll services supporting employees across the business.
• Manage a range of payroll transactions and maintain employee data.
• Respond to payroll enquiries and help ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the payroll function.
