Job summary

Infopro Digital is seeking a Finance Manager for its Australian operations, based in Sydney. The role provides end-to-end ownership of the Australian finance function, with strong focus on controls, reporting and business partnering. After a training period, the role moves to a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.

You will interact with local and group stakeholders, drive budgeting, forecasting and process improvements, and support statutory compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA/CA ANZ or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a senior finance or reporting role.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience with statutory reporting, tax compliance and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH).
• Experience maintaining ERP systems, preferably NAV/Business Central.
• Power BI and Power Automate experience or strong willingness to learn.
• Understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Regulations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Australian finance function end-to-end.
• Manage cash, treasury, and reporting for local operations.
• Deliver Group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and audits.
• Maintain and develop finance systems (Dynamics NAV/BC).
• Support AusREiiF reporting and financial administration.
• Partner with management on budgeting, forecasting and improvements.
• Collaborate with group finance teams across territories.
