Job summary

Help the Persecuted is seeking a National Development Director to lead fundraising, communications, public relations and major donor engagement across Australia. You will build strategic relationships with churches, mobilise prayer, grow financial resources and strengthen partnerships with Christian media.

The role requires proven fundraising success, strong communication and public speaking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fundraising success with major donors.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholders and boards.

Responsibilities

• Grow the national major donor base.
• Develop and deliver fundraising and communications strategies.
• Expand Christian media engagement, digital fundraising and regular giving.
• Represent Help the Persecuted in Christian media, at churches, conferences and events across Australia.
• Build and lead a small development team as the ministry expands.
