Hygiene Fresh in Australia is seeking a full-time, on-site B2B Sales & Business Development professional to expand the Australian market.

You will develop distributors, generate new business, visit customers with product demos, and manage a strong sales pipeline while traveling across Australia. This role offers a competitive salary, incentives, and career growth with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel across Australia.
• Experience in B2B Sales and Business Development is required.
• Existing customer or distributor network across Australia is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Residing in Australia is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage distributors throughout Australia.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with hygiene service, facility management, healthcare, hospitality and government sectors.
• Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
• Achieve agreed annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams to support customer orders.
