BDO Australia is seeking a Manager to join the Perth Audit team, offering exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries and complex engagements.

You will lead and develop the Audit team, ensuring high-quality work, risk-aware planning, and alignment with the firm’s strategy while advancing your leadership capabilities.

Formación

• 4 years of external audit experience.
• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in supporting and managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries.
• Manage, lead and develop the Audit team to ensure successful completion of engagements.
• Contribute to service line strategy and overall direction.
• Identify audit and engagement risks and determine appropriate audit approach.
• Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports for quality and compliance.
• Lead and participate in technical consultations.
