Qualifications

• Experience across Lighting, Audio, Vision and Rigging disciplines with at least one specialty.
• Previous operating experience in a corporate or major venue.
• Strong coaching and crew development abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including day and night across a 7-day period.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of the AV event calendar and day-to-day AV operations.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of AV equipment and production services.
• Supervise and lead AV teams with a customer-focused approach.
• Operate AV equipment in show environments across disciplines where possible.
• If Rigging is a speciality, Basic Rigging qualification is required.
• Train and mentor crew, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Be event-facing during AV Duty shifts and support all operational AV aspects.

About the role.

• Maintain an ongoing awareness of the audio visual event calendar whilst actively participating in the day to day operational requirements of our AV event services
• Proactively ensure that the delivery of AV equipment and production services are of the highest quality
• Supervise and lead AV teams ensuring positive engagement and a customer focused environment
• Operate AV equipment in show environments within your skill set but across disciplines where possible
• Where Rigging is a speciality, a minimum of Basic Rigging qualification is required
• Supervise, train and develop crew lending your knowledge and experience whilst deepening your own learning
• Be event facing in fulfilling AV Duty shifts assisting with all operational AV aspects
