Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of Direct Selling / Network Marketing experience are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Australia-specific field sales strategies to drive measurable growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor independent distributors to build sustainable businesses.
• Track sales, rank, and retention data to exceed growth targets.
• Build relationships with local leaders, influencers, and community partners.
• Plan and deliver community-based events and initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
