Sea World, Main Beach on the Gold Coast is seeking an Attraction Attendant for a part-time role. You’ll welcome guests, help manage ride safety, check heights, and operate attractions with a focus on guest delight and safe, smooth experiences.

We’re looking for energetic individuals with strong customer service, clear communication, and confident public speaking. Must be 18+, hold a Blue Card, and be flexible for weekends, school holidays, and evening events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Blue Card is essential (Please note cost of $108.30).
• Guest-first mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confident public speaking and communication skills.
• Bright, enthusiastic and outgoing personality with high personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and evening functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at rides, attractions and shows.
• Operate rides and attractions in line with procedures, learning the required technical components.
• Deliver memorable guest interactions and present scripted experiences to bring attractions to life.
• Be adaptable and support across a variety of attractions to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Step into the action and be part of creating memories that last lifetimes! You’ll:

• Be the friendly face – greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at our rides, attractions, and shows.
• Keep the fun safe – operate rides and attractions in line with procedures, learn the technical components required to run them, and ensure every experience is safe and enjoyable.
• Bring the excitement - Deliver memorable guest interactions and confidently present scripted experiences that make our attractions come alive.
• Be adaptable – work across a variety of attractions and help every guest have a memorable experience.
