Village Roadshow Limited, home to Sea World on the Gold Coast, seeks an Attraction Attendant to greet guests, confirm heights, and guide them through rides and shows with a safety-first mindset.

You will deliver energetic, guest-focused experiences, delivering scripted moments and ensuring a fun, safe environment across multiple attractions. This part-time role suits bold communicators who shine in lively, customer-facing settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Blue Card is essential (cost noted).
• Guest-first mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confident public speaking and communication skills.
• Bright, enthusiastic and outgoing personality with high personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and evening functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check heights, provide clear information at rides, attractions and shows.

The Opportunity

You’ll be at the heart of the excitement, from welcoming guests to operating our world-class rides and attractions, all while ensuring every guests leaves with a smile. Whether you’re a confident communicator or just love creating magical moments, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face – greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at our rides, attractions, and shows.
• Keep the fun safe – operate rides and attractions in line with procedures, learn the technical components required to run them, and ensure every experience is safe and enjoyable.
• Bring the excitement - Deliver memorable guest interactions and confidently present scripted experiences that make our attractions come alive.
• Be adaptable – work across a variety of attractions and help every guest have a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after people who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first mindset! You’ll bring:

• Must be 18 years or over (due to manufacturer requirements)
• Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $108.30).
• A guest-first mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confident public speaking and communication skills.
• A bright, enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a high standard of personal presentation
• Flexibility to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and evening functions.
