Job summary

Experience with OneSchool and IDAttend is highly regarded. The position includes daily reporting, data coordination, and collaboration with Student Support to address barriers to attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with OneSchool and IDAttend is desirable.
• Ability to monitor attendance and follow up with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily attendance reports and communicate with parents/carers and staff.
• Create a Daily Attendance Report each morning and share with teaching staff and deputy principals.
• Coordinate data to determine reasons for absences and liaise with support staff.
• Maintain a database of students with attendance considerations and monitor relevant programs.
• Monitor attendance to enable early intervention and support teachers.
• Build links with families to promote continuous attendance and address barriers.
• Refer students at risk to appropriate support services and assist with interventions.
• Provide admin support including student counter assistance and basic first aid.
