Job summary

Westpac Group in Adelaide is seeking motivated professionals to join our Transaction Banking team, delivering dependable banking solutions in fast-paced, high-volume environments across Australia’s market.

You’ll apply strong analytical skills to interpret pricing, product utilisation, and performance reporting, manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities, and collaborate across business units to ensure risk-aware, compliant operations and outstanding customer outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret pricing, product utilisation, and performance reporting.
• Sound understanding of Transaction Banking products, services, and the broader payments ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Transaction Banking teams and support functions.
• High attention to detail, risk awareness, and commitment to maintaining operational controls and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
