Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Trauma team in Canberra, ACT. The role involves working with surgeons and theatre staff to support trauma procedures and expand the Trauma portfolio across Australia.

You will receive hands-on onboarding, in-theatre coaching, and ongoing development as part of a collaborative, field-based sales role with relocation support available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing, sales or healthcare-related role.
• Able to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver’s license and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons and healthcare teams during trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital staff.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
