CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Tenant Researcher to help map tenants occupying commercial spaces in key Australian markets.
You will profile tenants and decision makers to support owners, brokers, and real estate professionals in making informed property decisions. You'll conduct daily phone interviews, perform web research, and maintain accurate tenant rosters while developing deep market insights in a fast-paced environment.
