Coastal Advisory Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Associate, Technical Services to join our Client & Technical Services team. This technical, fast-paced role supports Financial Advisers by turning advice strategies into tangible client outcomes.

You will prepare SOAs and ROAs, coordinate implementation across superannuation, investments, insurance and pensions, and maintain accurate client records. Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving are essential.

Formación

• Experience preparing or supporting SOAs and ROAs.
• Experience implementing financial advice recommendations.
• Strong understanding of advice workflows and financial services administration.
• Experience working with Xplan or a similar advice software.
• Strong written communication and document review skills.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and supporting documentation.
• Manage the implementation of approved advice strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance and pensions.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and our onshore and offshore support teams.
• Prepare portfolio reports, projections, product comparisons and technical information for Advisers.
• Maintain accurate client records within Xplan, Wealth Central and related systems.
• Monitor workflows to ensure advice is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time.
• Support Advisers before, during and after client meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes.

The impact you’ll have

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial advice.

In this role, you will:
