Job summary

JLegal, a leading commercial law firm in Queensland, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with construction law expertise to join its Construction, Infrastructure and Projects team in Queensland. The role involves handling large-scale construction matters across transport, social infrastructure, renewables and other sectors, with mentoring and training from senior practitioners.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience, strong litigation and civil

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PAE (Associate to Senior Associate level).
• Construction/infrastructure experience preferred.
• Excellent civil procedure skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting in high-value, complex litigation and arbitration.
• Preparing advice, evidence and submissions.
• Running litigated matters day-to-day, including briefing Counsel and technical experts.
