We represent a major Australian law firm.

As one of the top law firms in Australia, they have established deep relationships with an impressive list of clients, principally household names.

In Sydney, the Real Estate team is led by three experienced partners with additional lawyers of varying levels making up the rest of the team.

The team is renowned for providing commercial solutions on some of Australia's largest and most complex real estate transactions across real property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, joint ventures and major property developments.

Position Description

This role will see you working on a range of real estate related matters including property and infrastructure development, business and property acquisitions and disposals, corporate real estate issues and leasing.

The team has an excellent culture which is exemplified by the partners' calm and relaxed nature.

Key requirements

You will be a commercial property solicitor with five + years' solid experience from a reputable practice. You will have excellent interpersonal and client liaison skills and enjoy being part of a team.

In addition, you will have:

• developing professional profile and an ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group


• A willingness to work autonomously on smaller, less complex matters whilst being a team player on larger, more complex matters


• An ability to consistently present a positive image of self, the team and the firm.
