Job summary

RP Infrastructure is seeking an Associate to deliver Quantity Surveying services within our Adelaide team. You will handle pre‑contract and post‑contract work on projects from $5m to $50m, owning scopes, estimates and cost control while guiding junior staff and fostering client relationships.

The role offers Associate‑level ownership with a focus on delivering accurate costs, advising on procurement and design decisions, and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre‑contract and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Strong technical capability across measurement and cost management.
• Ability to lead client meetings and manage commercial discussions.
• Building construction cost drivers and contractual processes understanding.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of QS commissions, agreeing scopes and timeframes with clients.
• Delivering cost estimates, cost plans and tender assessments.
• Advising clients on cost implications of design decisions and procurement options.
• Delivering construction-stage cost management including progress claims and variations.
• Supporting proposals and identifying opportunities for future work by nurturing client relationships.
