Job summary

RP Infrastructure (RPI) is one of Australia’s leading Project Management and Advisory practices, recognised for delivering complex and high-profile projects across Australia. In Adelaide, we seek an Associate to deliver end-to-end Quantity Surveying services on projects ranging from $5m to $50m, with hands-on delivery and mentoring of junior staff.

You will own QS commissions, develop cost plans, run tender assessments, advise on design options, and contribute to future business through strong

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying on building projects.
• Ability to lead client meetings and manage expectations.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers and contractual processes.

Responsibilities

• Own QS commissions: define scope, deliverables and timelines with clients.
• Provide cost estimates, cost plans, measurements and tender assessments.
• Advise on design cost implications, procurement options and risks.
• Deliver construction-stage cost management: progress claims, variations, reporting.
• Support proposals and grow future work by strengthening client relationships.
