Keywords Studios in Australia (Adelaide) is hiring an Associate Producer or Producer to join our tight-knit team working on AAA titles. The role focuses on client liaison, defining production workflows in Jira/Confluence, and keeping projects on track through clear communication and strong organisation.

You will collaborate with Executive Producers, Designers and IT to streamline pipelines, allocate resources, and manage milestones, with a hybrid work pattern in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production/operations/project management in gaming/entertainment.
• Strong understanding of game development from concept to launch and live service.
• Experience managing client relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to track multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset capable of independent and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and manage external partners.
• Define and refine production workflows to ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Document processes and establish scalable production pipelines.
• Manage estimates and break down client requests into actionable tasks.
• Support scheduling, milestones, and reporting to keep timelines on track.
• Identify and remove roadblocks across technical and logistical areas.
