Intrax Consulting Group in Melbourne seeks an Associate or Principal level Structural Engineer to lead high‑rise and large-scale building projects. You will guide concept to construction, collaborate with architects and managers, and mentor junior engineers to strengthen the team.

The role emphasises innovation, timely delivery, and client-focused solutions while applying Australian standards and strong technical leadership to expand the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Chartered professional engineer status & NER minimum; Class 2 DB&P preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality and innovative structural designs for large-scale buildings.
• Lead projects from concept design to construction within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, builders and stakeholders across disciplines.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team to grow the portfolio of clients.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian standards and provide cost-effective solutions.
