Howden is a global insurance group seeking a People Risk Associate to join our Perth team, working directly with employers, insurers and rehabilitation providers to help solve complex workforce risk challenges.

You will coach clients on injury management and return-to-work strategies, analyse claims trends and identify prevention opportunities, and collaborate with senior leaders and WA brokers to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Ready to take your claims or injury management career beyond the desk? We’re looking for a People Risk Associate to join our growing team in Perth, working directly with employers, insurers and rehabilitation providers to help solve complex workforce risk challenges.

The opportunity

As a People Risk Associate, you’ll work directly with employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers and legal professionals to solve complex people risk challenges. From coaching clients on injury management and return-to-work strategies to analysing claims trends and identifying prevention opportunities, no two days are the same.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Workers Compensation, Claims Management, Injury Management, Allied Health or Insurance who is looking for more variety, autonomy and career progression. This role will also provide exposure to senior business leaders and some of WA’s leading brokers and specialists.
