Maryborough District Health Service in Maryborough, Victoria, is seeking an ANUM to support the Nurse Unit Manager with day-to-day coordination and delivery of high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care environment. You will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
This fixed-term role runs from September 2026 to 29 November 2026, for 32 hours per fortnight.

The successful candidate will return to their substantive position upon completion of the fixed-term contract, unless required to return earlier due to the incumbent resuming their position.
As the ANUM, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care environment. You’ll lead by example, mentor junior staff, and ensure efficient patient flow while fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace culture.
