Job summary

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our Inpatient Unit on a permanent part-time basis (64 hours per fortnight). You will support the Nurse Unit Manager, lead a dedicated nursing team and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive rural setting.

As ANUM, you will coordinate daily IPU activities, promote clinical excellence, staff development and a positive team culture while ensuring safe patient care

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
