Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing.
• Recent ICU experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in developing leadership capability.
• Previous ANUM/CNS/Shift Coordinator or similar senior clinical leadership experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to care.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night duty.
