Job summary

SA Health in Noarlunga Hospital is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead rehabilitation nursing within the Trevor Parry Centre’s Mental Health Division. You will provide advanced clinical expertise, supervise staff and contribute to recovery-focused care in a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a pro rata salary of 109,637 to 117,215 AUD per year, for 22.8 hours per week, with ongoing opportunities and flexible leadership development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
• Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet timelines with minimal supervision.
• Experience in leadership and directing student nurses and less-experienced registered nurses.
• Creativity, innovation and flexibility in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical nursing rehabilitation services.
• Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and recovery plans.
• Work with consumers, carers and other stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate clinical services, mentor and supervise staff, drive practice improvements.

About you
