Slattery Australia is seeking an Associate MEP Consultant to lead complex projects across a diverse portfolio. Based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, you will apply mechanical building services expertise and strong commercial judgment to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

You will mentor others, manage client relationships, and collaborate with national clusters and state teams to advance our MEP capability while maintaining a flexible, collaborative work environment.

About the Opportunity

As our National MEP team continues to grow, we’re looking for an Associate MEP Consultant with strong technical expertise coupled with sound commercial judgement and client management skills to work on complex projects across a diverse portfolio. The role may be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, with a preference for candidates from a mechanical engineering / building services background.

This is an opportunity to take a lead role in project delivery and client relationship management and support the continued growth of our MEP capability. With a collaborative approach, you will partner closely National cluster, service line and state teams to deliver work which exceeds our client’s expectations and embeds our reputation as a trusted advisor.
