Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law with wills, estates, and civil litigation experience.
• Ability to identify and analyse legal issues and provide practical advice.
• Familiarity with court processes: drafting documents, managing filings, appearances at hearings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on estate planning, draft wills and powers of attorney, manage probate and estate administration matters.
• Handle contested estates and related civil disputes; prepare pleadings and court documents; appear in courts as required.
• Review files, perform legal research, and prepare written advice; negotiate settlements under fixed fee pricing.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage with clients professionally and empathetically; contribute to service improvements.
