Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an Associate - Finance & Investments to join a Real Estate Investment Manager backed by Private Equity. You will work with portfolio companies and investment teams to strengthen financial performance and drive value creation across the investment lifecycle.

The role exposes you to transaction support, financial planning, performance management, cash flow optimisation and governance, partnering with management teams and deal teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially focused finance professional who combines strong technical capability with an ability to work collaboratively with management teams and investment professionals.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in private equity, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, corporate finance, FP&A, portfolio operations or a similar environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with senior management and/or investment teams.
• A strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, financial controls and business performance.
• The ability to translate financial analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to operate effectively across multiple portfolio companies and workstreams.
