Allens is seeking a talented Environment & Planning lawyer to join our Sydney-based E&P team within the Real Estate and Development Group. You will advise on E&P approvals, transactions, development projects, and participate in disputes across Australia.
You will have exposure to multiple Partners, build your niche, and enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements and extensive learning opportunities through our Career Deal and Linklaters alliance.
This is your opportunity to join our growing Environment and Planning (E&P) team in Sydney. Our E&P team sits within our Real Estate and Development Group and is an integral part of Allens' leading Projects, Real Estate & Development practice. Our lawyers work with our colleagues in a range of practice groups in Sydney as well as across jurisdictions, giving our lawyers an opportunity to work on major projects throughout Australia. As a member of our E&P Team, you will work in a collaborative environment advising and supporting our clients with E&P approvals, E&P support for transactions and development projects, as well as acting on a range of disputes. At Allens, our structure means you'll get exposure to a number of different Partners within your practice group and a wide variety of work. We encourage our lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas they're interested in, while building a strong foundation across their field.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.
