We are seeking an experienced Associate Engineer - Dams & Hydropower to act as Site Lead Design Engineer as the representative of the Design Partner of an alliance for the construction works of a significant dam improvement project in Queensland, based in the Toowoomba region. This will be minimum two-year contract and based on site. The construction includes embankment dam crest raising, free flow ogee spillway with chute and basin widening plus related works such as roads, diversion etc. This role will be supported by at least 3 construction phase supervision staff, providing coverage across key design aspects including structural, geotechnical, and geological considerations. In addition, the role will be further supported by the design discipline leads based in their respective home offices, who will also attend site on an ad-hoc basis as required.
