Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director for Project Management in Western Australia, based in Perth. The role leads the Water Infrastructure team, delivering projects across the full lifecycle, from design through construction and operations, with strong client stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinate consultants, contractors and subcontractors to achieve ambitious outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in project management with ability to manage complex programs.
• Experience in the water & wastewater industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consulting, construction or professional services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, scheduling and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact results.
