We work with clients across the entire project life cycle — from initial planning studies through final construction and operations and maintenance services — on both traditional and alternative project-delivery options (design-build, public-private partnerships and financing).

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to step into an Associate Director role within our Perth Water Infrastructure team.

In this key role, you will work alongside a group of highly skilled specialists, will be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients across the water sector in Australia and will develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.

How you’ll make a difference:

Support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.

Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.

Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.

The qualities that help you thrive:

A strong foundation in project management, with a genuine interest in projects that create real-world impact.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in arelated discipline.

Ideally, experience within the water & wastewater industry.

Proven client-side experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills, with experience in consulting, construction, or professional services highly regarded.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options
