Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to map business processes and drive improvements.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with information and data management.
• Support for systems and technology implementation.
• Documenting processes and developing business cases.
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement.
• Proficient in reporting and extracting insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
