Results Legal is seeking a solicitor with 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation to join our growing team. You will handle a broad range of disputes, develop procedural and drafting expertise, and work closely with senior practitioners to deliver practical, outcomes-focused advice to clients.

You will manage files through to trial, appear at mediations, and contribute to insolvency-related matters while building client relationships and pursuing progression to associate.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad mix of commercial litigation matters across jurisdictions.
• Run matters through to trial, including appearances at mediations and settlement conferences.
• Provide insolvency law advice and undertake voidable transaction proceedings.

Who should apply?

We are looking for passionate solicitors who are keen to join our growing team to ensure we can continue to deliver exceptional client service to our clients! If you have two or more years’ experience in commercial litigation, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be driven, self-motivated and have at least 2 years of quality commercial litigation experience. You’ll be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships. You will have established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation. You will have a desire for progression and promotion to associate and beyond.

What’s a typical day involve?

You will be involved in a broad mix of commercial litigation matters ranging from disputes you will run yourself through to more complex, strategically driven litigation. This role provides exposure to matters across multiple jurisdictions and industries, allowing you to build technical capability, develop file ownership, and work closely with senior practitioners to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice to clients.

File work will include running matters through to trial in all jurisdictions, appearing at mediations and settlement conferences, advocacy, conducting voidable transaction proceedings and providing insolvency law advice.
