Qualifications

• At least three years’ post admission experience gained working within an insurance litigation practice.
• Strong interest in insurance litigation across multiple lines of insurance work.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work quickly and meticulously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service focus and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven time management and ability to prioritise multiple matters.

About the team

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Associate to join our high performing Insurance Litigation team in our Canberra office. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ post qualification experience with a keen interest in insurance litigation.

This role will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters across CTP, public liability, medical malpractice, health and regulatory, institutional abuse, recoveries and property damage, under the supervision and guidance of our Principal Lawyer.

You’ll join a close-knit, high-performing and dynamic team known for its collaborative approach, strong technical capability and commitment to excellence.
