Pedders Suspension & Brakes is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Lawnton warehouse. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and drive inventory accuracy while supporting customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence and demonstrated warehouse, logistics or inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the warehouse.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on increasing sales throughout the business.
• Support overseeing accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quality checks and documentation.
• Supervise the warehouse team with picking/packing/despatching of product orders.
• Supervise the return of warranty stock to the Quality team.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock record accuracy.
• Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, and labelling items using the Pronto ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations and standards.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to work at our warehouse based in Lawnton, QLD.

Working with a dedicated and friendly team, you will play a vital role in the movement of product throughout the Pedders Suspension & Brakes network, both internally and state-wide.

What You Bring To The Team

• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
• Demonstrated warehouse, logistics and/or inventory control experience.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership and team management experience, with effective communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
