Qualifications

• Experience leading guest-focused teams in fast-paced venues.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction on shift.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy and motivate a hands-on team of front-of-house and service staff.
• Drive guest experience, upsell opportunities, and ensure memorable visits.
• Transform venues into exciting, welcoming spaces for guests.
• Coach and develop staff, handle rosters, training, and performance.
• Oversee operations including P&L, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Foster an inclusive culture and strong team collaboration.
• Grow the skills of the team while managing busy entertainment venues.
