Job summary

The Station, together with BANGLA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team in South Perth, WA, supporting two fast-paced hospitality concepts and upholding exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead on the floor with the Venue Manager, coach the team, monitor performance, control labour costs and drive day-to-day operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of venue operations, service standards and compliance.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• The ability to support and lead a management team while maintaining a visible, hands-on presence on the floor.
• Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of sales performance, labour management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team and support day-to-day operations across two venues.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless service across all meal periods.
• Drive sales, monitor performance and identify operational improvements.
• Oversee staff development and maintain high standards of guest experience.
• Provide support to BANGLA Restaurant Manager when required.
