Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for Summit Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Mount Barker, SA. You will lead cross-functional teams across aquatic services, health club, café, and creche, partnering with the Venue Manager to meet KPIs and contractual outcomes.

You will drive guest experience, customer journey improvements, and membership growth while coaching staff, managing daily operations, and supporting strategic initiatives. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience overseeing teams in health, fitness or aquatic facilities.
• Experience managing sales, memberships and guest experience with KPIs.
• HR management experience including rostering, performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage large Aquatic services and Health and Fitness team to deliver a safe, patron-friendly site.
• Oversee sales, retention, guest experience and retail operations.
• Support the Centre Manager in growing membership and lead generation.
• Ensure weekend coverage and peak seasonal hours as required.
