Birdcage Hotel in Longreach is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supporting the Venue Manager and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will guide a close-knit team and drive service excellence in a vibrant hospitality venue.

The role requires a proven leadership background in hospitality, current QLD RSA/RSG/RMLV/CLO licenses, and a passion for guest service with strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
