The Birdcage Hotel in Longreach is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help create outstanding guest experiences. You will work closely with the Venue Manager, guiding the team toward service excellence, efficiency, and a positive culture across bar and restaurant.

Key requirements include proven hospitality leadership, current QLD licenses, strong communication, and flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
• Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.
