Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Valuer to support the Alternatives Valuation & Advisory team while you study. You’ll assist with market research, financial analysis and valuation reporting under supervision.

Current enrolment in a property-related degree (first or second year) and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset are required; basic Excel skills are preferred. This is a full‑time role with learning opportunities and a supportive team.

Join our growing Alternatives Valuation & Advisory team in Melbourne and build your skills while supporting experienced valuation professionals. We’re looking for a motivated university student with a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and an interest in property valuation. Students in their first or second year of a property-related degree are encouraged to apply. Extensive professional experience is not required.

Job Description

Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll support the team with market research, financial analysis and valuation reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
