Job summary

Westpac is seeking an Assistant Transaction Relationship Manager in Brisbane to support Transaction Relationship Managers in deal flow and sales activity. This role focuses on execution, coordination and administration across portfolios, pricing, risk, and approvals.

It offers a pathway to a future TRM role and requires strong client-facing and cross-team collaboration skills. Based in Brisbane with a minimum of three days in the office, you will help progress new business and transformation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in banking, financial services or similar complex service environment.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organise competing priorities and follow client requests through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution, coordination and administrative support to Transaction Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal lifecycle, pricing, solutioning and internal approvals.
• Support TRMs to progress new business, client requests and transformation opportunities.
• Independently manage a small portfolio of clients over time; potential pathway to TRM role.
• Brisbane-based with a minimum of three days in the office each week.
