Job summary

Hungry Jack's in NSW invites an experienced leader to join our Restaurant Leadership Team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive performance in service and production areas, guiding a crew to deliver guest-obsessed service and uphold our values.

You will oversee promotions, stock control, merchandising, and safety, while developing team members and shaping a culture of urgency, energy, and continuous improvement across the restaurant network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
