Job summary

Rockwear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Rouse Hill store in NSW to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure the store meets KPI targets in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will implement merchandising directives, manage stock efficiently, and uphold brand standards and values while fostering a supportive work culture that encourages development and growth.

• Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales.
