rebel Coffs Harbour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive store performance and lead a 25-person team at our Coffs Harbour store. You will coach and develop your people, champion safety and KPIs, and celebrate wins as part of a customer-first leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or as a Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up.
• Management/leadership experience required; deliver top-tier customer service.

• Strong eye for visual merchandising and creating an inspiring in-store experience.
• Experience in stock control, health and safety and store security.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
