Job summary

Super Retail Group’s rebel Broadway flagship is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Service Manager) to lead a large, fast-paced team on the shop floor and drive sales. You’ll work with a supportive leadership group to deliver exceptional customer experiences and store performance.

You will manage rostering, training, stock control and visual merchandising, with weekday trading until 7:00pm. Enjoy strong team discounts, bonus opportunities, and a culture focused on growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and lead by example.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales and achieving results.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
