Job summary

REBEL SPORT in Dubbo is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a diverse team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive store results under the guidance of the Store Manager. You will coach and develop staff, execute visual merchandising standards, manage stock and health and safety, and foster a positive, high-energy culture in one of Dubbo's leading sporting retailers.

We're on the lookout for an experienced retail leader to join our high-performing store as our next Assistant Store Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse team, inspire exceptional customer experiences, and help drive strong store results in one of Dubbo's leading sporting retailers. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in coaching and developing your team, executing visual merchandising standards and creating a positive, high-energy culture.
