Frontline Recruitment Group is helping a well-established lighting retailer in Prospect find an Assistant Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager, coach a high-performing team and drive sales across retail, trade and design.

You’ll deliver personalised customer service, build relationships with trade clients and ensure excellent store standards, stock management and merchandising. A proactive, ownership-minded leader will thrive here.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock management
• Supporting daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently

• Promoting a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members

About You

• Previous experience in retail, sales or a customer-focused environment, ideally with leadership experience
• A natural ability to motivate others, build relationships and lead by example
• A commercial mindset, with a focus on sales results and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence taking ownership
• A current driver's licence
