Job summary

ACM Talent Solutions is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Port Macquarie store. This full-time permanent role reports to the Store Manager and involves leading the team, delivering outstanding customer service, and running an efficient, well-presented store.

You’ll manage merchandising, inventory, financial and people processes, and take full responsibility for operations when the Store Manager is away. This is a great chance to grow within a national retail business.

Assistant Store Manager | Port Macquarie NSW | Full-time Permanent | $67,000 + Super
Our client is one of Australia's leading national specialty retailers, with hundreds of stores across the country and a strong reputation for expert advice, great service and a high-energy, people-first culture. They are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their Port Macquarie store.
About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service and run an efficient, well-presented store. You will make sure merchandising, inventory, financial and people processes are in place, and you will take full responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is away.
Key responsibilities include:

This is a full-time role requiring flexible availability across weeknights, weekends and public holidays.
